Returns & Exchanges
Full-Price Items
Full-price items are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment if returned within 10 days of delivery, as verified by the shipping carrier.
Full-price items may also be returned within 21 days of delivery for store credit or exchange for another size, subject to availability. Returns received after 10 days are not eligible for refunds.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached, free of stains, odors, alterations, or damage, and returned in original packaging. Returns that fail inspection will be refused.
Promotional Purchases
Items purchased using a promotion, discount, or promotional code are not eligible for refunds.
Promotional purchases may be exchanged within 21 days of delivery (as verified by carrier tracking) for store credit or exchange for another size, subject to availability.
Sale Items
Items purchased from a Sale section outside of a promotion are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
International Orders
All international orders are final sale for refund purposes. International customers may request an exchange or store credit within 21 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Duties, taxes, customs fees, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.
Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization. To request a return, please contact us with your order number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic documentation. Claims submitted after this window will not be honored.
Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy or shows signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage. Excessive return activity may result in refusal of future returns.
